Profile:

Sylvie Ma is the Managing Partner of Henley & Partners Law Firm Ltd (Vietnam) and she is responsible for the company’s operation and development across Vietnam by providing residence and citizenship planning.  With over 10 years’ experience in the area, she specializes in providing solutions through forward thinking, integrated and result-oriented advice on immigration and has helped hundreds of Vietnamese nationals to settle overseas and/or acquire a second passport. With her legal and educational background in business, she has a deep knowledge and understanding of investment, accounting, finance, and M&A as well as corporate structures to comprehend and navigate the complexity of proving the client’s source of funds for the client’s residence or citizenship application.

She is a licensed Canadian lawyer and registered foreign lawyer in Vietnam.  She is also a member of Quebec Bar Association (Barreau du Québec), Canadian Bar Association and Investment Migration Council. Mrs. Ma holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Ottawa University and Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance and International Business from Concordia University.  She is fluent in English, French, Vietnamese and Cantonese.
