David founded Chintai in 2018 to promote the adoption of compliant digital assets that utilise blockchain technology to modernise capital markets for banks, asset managers, and SMEs. A financial industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in banking, finance and asset management with leading banks including Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Barclays Wealth and HSBC Global Asset Management. David also served on the Board of Advisors to several Singapore start-ups, including Credify Inc and Worbli, and Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for deafPLUS, an organisation championing integration and equality between deaf and hearing people in all areas of life. David graduated from the City University of London with MSc Business Systems Analysis & Design and a Bachelor in Business Economics from the University of Exeter.

Alice is the Co-founder & General Counsel of InvestaX, a proptech company headquartered in Singapore with a capital markets services license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She has spent more than 10 years practicing corporate and real estate law across multiple jurisdictions (Los Angeles, Shanghai and Tokyo) with major international firms, including Skadden Arps and DLA Piper. She is a regular speaker in the areas of Fintech, blockchain, and entrepreneurship, and has been a Guest lecturer for SMU Academy on Digital Assets and Blockchain. 

Sean Lawrence is a 30-year veteran of financial markets, including roles as the CEO of ABN AMRO Clearing Tokyo, CEO of ABN AMRO Clearing Sydney, APAC Head of Professional Trading Group Sales at SG Securities (HK) Ltd, APAC Regional Head of ETD Operations at UBS, APAC Regional Head of Collateral Operations at Deutsche Bank. Sean now heads Kaiko's digital assets - indices, market data, and risk analytics businesses in Asia. Kaiko is the leading digital assets market data provider for institutional investors and enterprises; Kaiko's mission is to bridge traditional and blockchain ecosystems by providing reliable and actionable financial data and services.

Mauricio believes that wealth management should always be about transparency and honesty. His 14 years of experience as a private banker, managing portfolios for high and ultra-high net worth individuals, has taught him that success in the industry means connecting to what is most meaningful, and empowering people to live to their fullest potential. Starting his career as an entrepreneur who founded three companies, Mauricio entered private banking in Hong Kong after a successful exit – he sought to learn how to manage his own created wealth. He served as a Managing Director and as Head of the International and Independent Portfolio Management Service Desk at EFG Bank Hong Kong; Director at Bank Julius Baer Hong Kong; and became partner at Multi-Family office Carret Private. After seeing that the industry largely did not serve client needs, Mauricio discovered his lifetime mission to bring transparency and honesty to wealth management. He earned his MBA (Finance) from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and has been a strong technologist, investing in Bitcoin since 2011. Mauricio strongly believes that crypto, blockchain and Web 3.0 will dictate the future and that clients should learn, educate themselves and (eventually) invest into this asset class. Through moiq capital he has been an enthusiast, speaker and in the forefront of the intersection of traditional Wealth Management and Digital Assets.

He has been actively involved in the Asia-Pacific region since 1993. And has lived in Asia since 1995, holding positions in Hong Kong, Sydney, and Singapore.

Before his involvement with Hubbis, Michael founded Pacific Prospect in 2002, a financial services media company. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant success and was subsequently acquired by global business-to-business publisher Incisive Media in 2006. Michael continued to serve as the CEO of Pacific Prospect until October 2008. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Michael garnered 5 years of experience in financial markets publishing.

His career in this field began in 1993 when he joined Euromoney Publications as the publisher of the quarterly magazine, International Bond Investor. In 1995, Michael joined Thomson Financial Services (now owned by LSEG) and spearheaded the conception and launch of Finance Asia magazine. During his tenure as Managing Director of Finance Asia, he also initiated the Asian Debt Review, Asian Private Capital Magazine, and the Finance Asia Conference Business. In 1997, he founded FIA Limited, further expanding his contributions to the financial publishing industry.

Born in North Wales, Michael served as the head boy of St David's College Llandudno. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University. Beyond his professional endeavours, Michael is a family-oriented individual and is happily married with three children: Reanna, Garett, and Tarryn.
