Wealth Dynamix and Azqore Extend Partnership to Deliver Fully Integrated Core Banking with Client Lifecycle Management

Wealth Dynamix, a global leader in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, has announced an extension of its partnership with leading wealth management core banking platform provider Azqore.

Under the terms of the agreement, Azqore will integrate the Wealth Dynamix WDX1 CLM solution into its S2i open core banking solution to deliver seamless front to back office capabilities that meet the specific requirements of private banking and wealth management customers, across Europe and Asia, according to a Wealth Dynamix press release.

Azqore is an independent subsidiary of Credit Agricole Indosuez Wealth Management, and is 20% owned by Capgemini, a worldwide leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation.

The partnership provides customers with fully functional front to back office workflows and process automation, enriched with a fully flexible front office solution that can be tailored to maximise revenues and engagement, throughout the entire client lifecycle. Following a successful initial joint project designed to ensure compliance, increase operational efficiency and optimise cost-income ratio, the fully integrated solution will now be offered to all existing and new customers.

WDX1 is the flagship, multi-award winning digital CLM solution from Wealth Dynamix, designed to support the complex requirements of wealth management companies from a single unified platform. Its capabilities span the entire client lifecycle, including client acquisition, client engagement, digital onboarding, regulatory compliance, relationship management, and ongoing client servicing.

Through its robust and secure S2i platform, Azqore delivers integrated technology services, operational back office and project consultancy. Private banks and wealth managers can either outsource their back-office banking operations to Azqore or access the S2i integrated banking platform in SaaS mode.

Antony Bream, MD – EMEA and Americas, Wealth Dynamix, said: “Both Wealth Dynamix and Azqore have long-established roots in wealth management and are ideally positioned to meet the specific core banking, compliance and client servicing needs of this sector. Our partnership simplifies the technology stack, removes key man dependency and significantly reduces cost within wealth management operations. By offering a single, unified solution that spans the entire front to back office, customers can focus on client service and business development instead of being distracted by complex, disjointed technology integrations that fail to deliver best practice.”

Sébastien Buchard, Chief Sales Officer, Azqore, said: “Rather than developing CLM capabilities in-house, in response to specific regulatory or customer requirements, and keeping the same principle of high investments mutualisation into one integrated platform for multiple banks, we chose to partner with Wealth Dynamix whose ten-year experience in wealth management CLM is indisputable. By integrating WDX1 into S2i, Azqore is creating a unique, secure and unified platform fully covering the needs, from front to back office, of wealth management and private banking firms. This partnership puts us at the forefront of innovation to address the entire breadth of clients’ needs in the evolving world of wealth management.”
