IQ-EQ appoints new Chief Commercial Officer for Asia

David Kim has been named as IQ-EQ’s new Chief Commercial Officer for Asia as the leading global investor services group expands its client base in the region.

A seasoned sales and client services leader, David has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining IQ-EQ, he served as Head of Client Services, Southeast Asia for a prominent financial institution, where he focused on driving growth and maximising client satisfaction. He has also previously held a series of senior positions within the asset servicing division of a major corporate investment banking company, in the U.S., South Korea and Singapore.

David holds an MBA from Boston College and a degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College.

In his new role as part of IQ-EQ’s senior leadership team in Asia, David will be responsible for driving the continued organic growth of the firm’s Asian business. Commenting on the new hire, Michael Marquardt, IQ-EQ’s Regional CEO for Asia, said:
