Bank of Singapore Appoints NRI Market Heads to Enhance Coverage

Bank of Singapore (BoS), the private banking arm of OCBC, has announced the appointment of Harjeet Singh and Mohan Subramaniam as market heads for the non-resident Indians (NRI) business in Southeast Asia, effective from October 1, 2023.

Harjeet Singh has been associated with BoS since March 2017, while Mohan Subramaniam joined the bank in September 2019, as indicated by their LinkedIn profiles. In their new roles, they will report to Rodney Sin, the head of Greater China and North Asia, who will oversee the NRI segment in Southeast Asia.

The addition of Singh and Subramaniam to the team is expected to further strengthen BoS's coverage of the NRI segment. Rodney Sin expressed his confidence in the new appointments, stating, "They, together with the rest of the Global South Asia team, will strengthen our coverage of this segment and propel us to greater heights."

This strategic move by Bank of Singapore underscores its commitment to serving the NRI market in Southeast Asia and signals its dedication to providing enhanced financial services to this important client segment.
