Meir graduated Touro College in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations. His professional career began in 2004 managing investment portfolios and developing a clientele at one of Canada’s largest asset management firms, Investors Group. After 7 years of successfully building a book of clients from ground up, Meir transitioned into the banking sector by joining CIBC. In 2013 Meir pursued an MBA at the Carlos III de Madrid University, in Spain. Upon graduation, he joined Mackenzie investment where he supported key accounts and strategic broker channels across Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes. Meir joined Henley & Partners in 2018 as a client advisor where he interacted with Forbes 500 Executives, CEOs, Sports team owners, and family offices in advising and guiding on how to best secure an alternative citizenship or residence by investment. Meir today is the Managing Partner of Henley & Partners Canada where he oversees North American operations. In addition, Meir is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew. All in all, he has accumulated 15 years experience building relationships and developing solutions to clients in the international investment arena.
