Atty. Arlene has over two decades worth of experience and expertise in Treasury, Trust and Private Banking. Prior to joining UnionBank in 2018 as Trust Officer and then eventually, Head of Private Banking, Atty. Arlene was the SVP-Treasurer and Head of Global Markets of Maybank Philippines, Inc. Atty. Arlene was also previously the Customer Solutions Desk Head of the Treasury Capital Markets & Derivatives Division of BDO and Treasurer of GE Money Bank. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She earned her Juris Doctor Law degree at the Ateneo De Manila University and later took her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at De La Salle University. She is a Chartered Wealth Advisor (CWA), Chartered Trust and Estate Planner (CTEP) and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
