Sunil A Sharma serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Sanctum Wealth Management and is responsible for strategic, tactical and portfolio investment strategy advice to clients.
Sunil joined Sanctum Wealth from Wodehouse Capital Advisors, where he was the CIO and managed the domestic portfolio investment strategy and asset allocation for Indian ultra-high net worth clients and foreign institutional investors.
Sunil has over 20 years of experience on Wall Street, having held portfolio management role with Sophis Investments, a New York based hedge fund. Prior to that, he was the Portfolio Manager for a technology fund and Vice President, Equity Research at Lehman Brothers reporting to the Chief Investment Officer at Lehman Brothers. While at Lehman Brothers, the team twice won the distinguished Institutional Investor All Star Award recognizing investment firms for investment excellence. Still earlier in his career, Sunil served as a Senior Analyst at Morgan Stanley Asset Management, Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting and Equity Research Analyst at Alliance Capital.
He began his career in the Analyst training program at PaineWebber. He earned his Bachelor of Science at Columbia University, a member of the Ivy League of Universities, an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst certification.
