Thomas Scott is the Group Head of Real Estate at Henley & Partners and a member of the Management Board. Originally from the UK, Thomas has lived in the United States and South Africa and now works at the firm’s UK office. Prior to joining Henley & Partners, Thomas worked as the Managing Director of a leading property developer in the Caribbean. He also established and ran a private office at a leading real estate company, where he provided a personalized service of real estate solutions and advice for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families across the globe. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree and an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of Cape Town

Robert MacLellan is the managing director of the leading Caribbean-based hospitality advisory group MacLellan & Associates, specializing in mixed-use resort development since 1997. Robert has undertaken assignments in 28 countries in the Caribbean and Atlantic Islands, gaining a thorough understanding of the hotel and leisure real estate markets across this diverse region. His most recent contributions to the field include acting as managing director of a UK restaurant/hotel/retail group to drive the turnaround and expansion of operations. As a managing director in commercial real estate operations, he supervised the management of over 7 million square feet of A1 mixed-use real estate in London. As a VP of hotel services, he managed the global logistics of four cruise ships. Robert currently advises the organizing committees of both annual Caribbean hotel investment conferences, CHRIS and CHICOS. His articles appear regularly in regional and international media.

In 1995, Michael joined Thomson Financial Services (now owned by LSEG) and spearheaded the conception and launch of Finance Asia magazine. During his tenure as Managing Director of Finance Asia, he also initiated the Asian Debt Review, Asian Private Capital Magazine, and the Finance Asia Conference Business. In 1997, he founded FIA Limited, further expanding his contributions to the financial publishing industry.

Born in North Wales, Michael served as the head boy of St David's College Llandudno. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University. Beyond his professional endeavours, Michael is a family-oriented individual and is happily married with three children: Reanna, Garett, and Tarryn.
