Hannah is a contentious regulatory partner who also advises financial services clients on regulatory policy and compliance. She leads the award-winning Financial Services Regulatory practice in Asia. Hannah helps international and regional banks, asset managers and listed companies with contentious regulatory cases and cross-border investigations involving, for example, IPO sponsor misconduct, corporate misfeasance and insider dealing. She has extensive experience in advising clients on the conduct of high profile board-led, independent investigations, particularly in relation to culture and conduct and directors' liabilities, as well as external regulatory investigations brought by key financial services regulators. Hannah also advises clients on regulatory developments, including in relation to senior management accountability, licensing and fintech, and recently on how firms should strengthen their operational resilience. Her team regularly leads discussions with regulators on behalf of the financial services industry in relation to regulatory reform initiatives. She is also leading the firm's thought leadership efforts in the Asia-Pacific region on benchmark reforms, including the litigation and regulatory risks arising from IBOR discontinuation.
