Amit has more than nine years of experience in Wealth Management and Asset Management.
Currently, he heads the product development and investment advisory function for the firm’s Global Wealth Management business. In his previous role as Head of Products with Canara Robeco Asset Management, he was instrumental in launching two equity schemes and one hybrid scheme (a first-of-its-kind combination of debt and gold) that together garnered US$200 million.
Previously, he set up the product and research desk for the wealth management group at Edelweiss Capital and was a member of the core team which set up the business. Amit has also worked with Principal PNB Asset Management, HDFC Standard Life Insurance and Baerlocher India Additives.
He is a CFP from FPSB India and also holds a PGDBA (Finance) from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai.
