The Hubbis learning management system (LMS) is a purpose-built stand-alone solution for wealth management training. We enable wealth management professionals to increase their knowledge, skills and confidence through innovative and cost-effective learning and development tools. We give HR and compliance managers the ability to build learning plans, apply those plans to defined groups and track and record each individual’s learning progress. We provide all of the tools and training courses required via one single source - a continuously available, secure internet portal. LMS users can logon from anywhere, at any time.
Content on the platform is divided into learning modules, expert insights and expert presentations.
Our learning modules are in-depth training courses lasting between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Expert insights are bite-sized videos and articles from Hubbis.com. Expert presentations are recorded at Hubbis forum events. Each of these training options is combined with an assessment to measure the user’s understanding of the content and each allows users to earn timecredits towards their annual continuing professional education requirement.
The LMS has been designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Users can choose from a range of individual courses. Users and Administrators can also create custom-made learning plans - tailored to individuals’ and groups’ experience and training needs.
The platform and content are based on interviews with, and feedback from, leading private banks, wealth management firms and other market practitioners, many of whom are also users of the platform.
Once a user has completed a training session, the system provides an authenticated certificate with a unique user ID. The LMS also provides printable summaries of all certification awarded, by date range, specifying which courses have been completed; when each course was completed; and the grade achieved.
Users can maintain access to their complete training record and certificates even after they move to another institution.
