Marcus specialises in private client and trust work, investment funds, structured finance, banking, and corporate and commercial work. He is a qualified barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, a solicitor admitted in England and Wales, an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey and an attorney admitted in the British Virgin Islands. Marcus is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). In addition to being highly-ranked in various legal industry publications, he is a frequent lecturer on trust matters and author of many published articles relating to trusts.
