ABN AMRO Private Banking has hired Hans-Peter Borgh as chief commercial officer for Asia and the Middle East.

His responsibilities include strategy, business development, performance and sales management, as well as marketing and communications.

Borgh joins ANZ, where he has been regional head of affluent banking in Asia Pacific, responsible for its wealth management business across 21 countries.
 
ABN AMRO has also announced that it has aligned its activities in the Middle East – particularly its Dubai operations – more closely with its Asian private banking business by integrating both regions within its management structure.
