Maybank has launched its first regional Maybank Diamanté Private Client programme to address the needs of high net worth (HNW) individuals in Asia.
The banks said it has created this programme to give recognition to an exclusive league of clients who travel frequently around the region, and to provide personalised services wherever they are.
"Since it is by-invite only, it is a highly-exclusive platform with specially-crafted lifestyle and travel-related privileges, which I am confident will excite our selected clients," said Choong Wai Hong, head of HNW & affluent banking at Maybank.
On top of the private wealth centre in Kuala Lumpur, a dedicated priority customer service centre has been created to attend to the requests of the relevant clients, and to secure entry to events such as exclusive chef dinners and private sales parties.
The programme will be rolled out simultaneously across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei. Subsequently, the programme will extend to other markets in the region.
