Bank Sarasin & Co has launched a wealth management solutions team in Asia as it looks to continue to broaden its franchise in the region.

To spearhead this new initiative, the bank has hired Anne Luke from Credit Suisse as a managing director, based in Singapore.

She will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing tailor-made solutions for clients, reporting directly to Asia chief executive officer Enid Yip.

Luke has more than 20 years’ experience in private and investment banking, as well as private legal practice. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in April this year, she had worked at UBS for more than 10 years.

Said Yip: “We have extended our ability to customise sophisticated solutions…. We are demonstrating our substantial commitment to client service.”
